Thanks for your constructive criticism. However, there are misunderstandings. I’ve always believed that honesty is the best policy, so when I show homes, I point out PROS (location, floor plan, upgrades) & CONS (T Street, visible structural defects) for each home. I also offer suggestions to add value. This is vital because you HAVE to factor in purchase price + potential cost you may incur AFTER you buy your 1st house. Not all homes your wife sent me were available at our appt time (sellers wasn’t home or sold), so in consideration that you were coming from 30 miles away, I added other listings nearby otherwise you would only see less than a handful of homes. To clarify, NONE were my own personal listings. Lastly, I had to postpone two appt because 1. your wife had a fever, 2. my house was flooded by the heavy rain. It also flooded church & customers’ back yard. I had to help ASAP. I hope this clarify things & sincerely wish your growing family blessings.
