I respectfully disagree with your characterization of events. As a licensed professional with years of experience and a strong track record, I take my responsibilities to both clients and the public very seriously. Unfortunately, the sale of your home could not proceed due to title complications and an unresolved contract with another buyer. Once it became clear that the property could not be legally transferred, I was ethically and professionally obligated to terminate our listing agreement. I strive to handle all situations with integrity and transparency, even when they are difficult or emotionally charged.
