Julia, I'm sorry that you feel my initial response to you was less than timely. I usually respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible and always aim to treat every client with professionalism and respect. I had a family function during this period that caused a delay in my response. Regarding your agreement submission, in competitive market situations, decisions about offers are ultimately made by the seller, and sometimes outcomes are disappointing to those who weren't chosen. While I understand your frustration, I respectfully disagree with your account of the events. I know you spoke to my sales manager, Tom Blefko, and he listened to your concerns. At the end of his conversation with you, he provided information to file a complaint with our local and state association of REALTORS in addition to the State Real Estate Commission about me if you so desire.
