I find this one review ( out of 19 ) to be somewhat odd, as I attempted to ask who this was so I could address their issue and there was no response. I also find it interesting that even if there was some truth to it?, why "1" star on everything? the one star should be on Responsiveness only. The area that this individual is claiming I have "poor local knowledge" I not only grew up in, but have done business for 30 years. I pride myself on my process and negotiation skills which are superior than most and those skills do not even come into play until a home has been purchased, not looking at "2" homes..The attempt to smear someone's business with no just cause seems to be more and more commonplace on line.
