When you’re a success there is always someone willing to take you down; we see this on Twitter and Facebook all the time. It is inevitable that you’re going to work with someone who refuses to accept your advice and then complains about it later. I’m so grateful for the 400+ clients in the past that I’ve worked with who’ve received great counsel from me, adhered to it and were happy about it. Unless you listen to the advise of a professional, you will not be successful. This particular property sold in 3 days, full price and for cash!
