This simply is not true. None of it! This home was on the market with another agent for months before I took over the listing and I had it for about 3 months before we got an offer. The Seller loved the offer and I negotiated this deal from a hotel room on my vacation. Dealing with this Seller not answering her calls and threatening to not follow through with the contract put a lot of stress on a lot of people. My Broker and myself went over the house and carried stuff to her car, moved a couch accross the street and arranged witht he Buyer to allow her leav and sell some of her other furniture. After sitting down and thoroughly going over the paperwork with my broker and myself, she apologized for her actions and sadi she was very happy. The story above does not make any sense at all. This was one of the hardest and most difficult transactions we have ever had and it did not need to be. As for her tax question, I asked her to talk to her accountant or to talk to an appraiser about her complexed, unique tax question. I will pray for this Seller.

I was heartbroken when I read this review. This was a site unseen transaction and I asked for her to hire the best inspector in our area, which she did and it seemed that everything went great. I wish this Buyer would have called me instead of writing a damaging review as I would have discussed any issues and maybe try to resolve any concerns. I know she was upset about the neighbors, as that is out of everyones control. This is a case that makes me want to steer clear from site unseen homesales altogether as I feel some Buyers may not know exactly what they are getting themselves into, no matter the measures we take. I cannot hold other people accountable for any of these issues if I never knew about them and I would have liked the opportunity to problem solve through any of these concerns. I feel terrible that I have a client that is not happy with her situation.
