Kathleen was born in St. Petersburg Fl., grew up in Odessa and graduated High School in Tampa. In 1982 she moved to St. Pete Beach and owned and operated a charter boat center on the beach and earned my United States Coast Guard Captains license where she operated sailing, fishing and sightseeing charter boats for 8 years.
In 1990 Kathleen moved to the Smokey Mountains where she raised, trained and showed horses successfully for 11 years.
