    No called no showed at a house showing. I was told to meet him after the open house and he never showed for appointment and caused me to miss the open house. Didn’t desire to work with him after that.

    Miguel, I am terribly sorry you feel i lied to you. Please allow me to clarify some details. The transaction itself was made a nightmare by your NJ Mortgage Broker Even after i warned you of the potential delays and lack of knowledge on how FL Real Estate works. I helped you keep this deal together and close on time despite the troubles you incurred through them. In regards to the Land issue, The section of the land behind the fence in which you speak of was expressed by both the sellers and the Listing agent as being part of the counties reasonability. Additionally you had the survey in your hands at the very least 2 weeks prior to close and when asked by both myself and the title company if you reviewed and had any concerns both times you said "Yes I reviewed, and its looks good no concerns" Even county tax appraisers information did not have this land on there as being yours(or part of the previous owners). The outcome of this situation allowed you to buy a home nearly $60k under its true value. You walked away with $60k in equity. As we discussed after the extra land discovery, we could have relisted with that land included and immediately made you easily 40k cash after all cost. and find you a better home on a small lot as you wanted. Especially considering you did not have plans to move down for some time. Again, My deepest apologies for how you feel about the situation. I did everything in my power to help you.
