For accuracy, I want to clarify that I have never had any direct communication with you — no phone call, no meeting, and no messages — and you did not inquire on any of my listings. Your review also states that you are already working with a REALTOR®, so you were not seeking representation from me personally. Zillow often sends automated qualifying messages through their system, which may explain the generic text you received as an automated response but it was not from me. I also want to note for the public that ALL of my Zillow reviews come from verified client relationships and actual transactions. This is the only review posted by someone who has never worked with me. I take my reputation and client service very seriously, and I want to ensure this does not misrepresent the level of professionalism my clients experience.
