Sharon, I'm so sorry you feel that way. I take a great deal of pride in my work and try to give the best information possible. Of course there are homes available under 525k in this area....as you can see from my previous sales, I've sold many of them. As with most things...details make a difference...in your case, the desire for new construction in Cary for a single family home in a 55 plus community is highly competitive right now and to finish one with normal upgrades could be a challenge at the 525k limit. Indeed, the home you inquired on had a base price of $534k before any interior upgrades were done. As I mentioned, there are options to the east of Cary or in the Durham area that might work within your price range. I wish you the best of luck in your search!
