Joe and Jennifer: I am sorry to hear that you feel this way after a year. But, I am also surprised you would say you wish you had done more homework on me being that Jennifer was my escrow sales rep. for a few years and said she chose to work with me because of my work ethic. I also received a message from Joe at the end of the transaction telling me he was happy with my service. In your trust sale, I went several times to the home and even performed tasks which I do not typically do, and which corresponded to you as the seller; such as cleaning and installing smoke detectors. I consistently communicated in a timely manner with you throughout both transactions whether it was me or my assistant via phone, text or email. In over 18 years, this is the first time I encounter this unique business relationship and; hence, review. I wish you both the best.
