Thank you for your review. I strive to be the best agent I can be. We were in a multiple bid situation and won. This is not easy in this market, so going in at your highest and best was necessary. You requested additional money for repairs, which was given and a week before closing you asked me to get more money off the purchase price, which I did. I'm not sure where my negotiations were lacking, but I do appreciate the constructive criticism so I can focus on bettering myself as an agent in any areas necessary. I hope you are enjoying your home.
