Thank you for taking the time to give me a review. Let me say first, It is always my goal to help my clients achieve "their goal." Yours was to sell your home and to have somewhat of a profit. We did achieve that. However our perspectives of our working together are quite different. I'm sorry that you felt taken advantage of, I would never do that. I can't control what a home inspector puts in their report or what a buyer requests. But I am required to give you that information when I receive it and work with you & the buyers agent in effort to keep everyone happy. I invested my own money in listing and advertising your property in the best light that I could. Property's do require maintenance. I'm sorry if you felt that I was responsible for that maintenance.
