My associate thought he was moments away from you and let me know that he was about to park his car when the bus directly in front of him stopped abruptly on Western Avenue in front of the Pike Place Market. A disabled rider with her wheelchair required assistance and caused a significant delay beyond our control. The delay cost my associate critical minutes in getting to you.
