I'm sorry to hear about your frustration, and I’d like to offer some clarification to ensure the situation is accurately represented. To be clear, we never spoke directly or confirmed the appointment, despite my multiple attempts to reach out. The showing was scheduled through a third-party system (ShowingTime), and I did not receive any direct communication from you, including texts or voicemails. Because the home was in a gated community, access required advance coordination and confirmation — which cannot happen without direct contact. I was never able to connect with you prior to the appointment, which is essential not only for scheduling but also to confirm whether you're working with another agent. As of August 2024, federal regulations require a signed buyer-agent agreement before any property tours can take place — something that must be completed beforehand. Had this been a standard property with open access, we might have had more flexibility, but this situation required additional steps. As for my reviews: yes, every rating is 100% genuine, based on full transactions completed with satisfied clients. I take pride in providing five-star service, and I stand by the professionalism and integrity of my work. I understand how stressful the home-buying process can be, and I sincerely wish you the best in your search. I do hope you’ll consider revisiting your review, as this experience — while disappointing — was the result of unconfirmed logistics, not negligence or a lack of care.
