Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you feel your application was not fairly considered. Please know that all applicants are provided with the same clear instructions regarding the landlord’s requirements and the process for submitting the necessary documentation. If an applicant does not meet the landlord’s stated criteria, the landlord may choose to decline the application. Additionally, depending on the landlord’s availability to review submissions, a turnaround time of up to one week is generally reasonable. While I understand your disappointment, the landlord has decided to move forward with another applicant. I wish you the very best in finding a suitable rental home.
