we need a pre approval in order to show houses and put offers, once you get that we would love to work with you.we understand you working hard , and we showed you many houses in few mounts period includ weekend's showings , which turn out to nothing because we can not put offers.once you get the approval you can contact the agents.our office is very professional and work by certain codes. i dont think that any agency will drive you around for hours without an agreement and a pre approval.since you refused s do both ,agents does not want to waste their time,since they get paid on closed deals only ,and not for driving around.if you want to work with us ,its got to be the right way. we got the best inventory in the bronx and buyers love to work with us.maybe you should check with other agency how it works ,and you will see that we are right.
