    We take every review seriously from our clients and are always looking for ways to improve our business. As you know we had multiple offers and were in escrow but ultimately took it off the market in October. We did this via the MLS where real estate brokers go to provide data about properties for sale. Zillow and the other website, Trulia are owned together as one and we, unfortunately, had no control over changing the status since it was in fact off the market on the actual MLS. However, when this was brought to our attention we immediately contacted Zillow/Trulia to resolve the error in their system and followed up with them three additional times after no response. We have never seen this happen and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Best regards, the Robert E. Howell Group
