Hi Iman, we understand that missing out on a home can be disappointing. This lease listing was actually for a personal property and was not part of our regular business listings but we're happy to respond to your review. We typically review applications as they come in based on a range of qualifications to ensure a fair and transparent process. We continue showing the property to others while applications are being reviewed and can only stop showings once a lease contract is finalized. As we communicated to you, it was never confirmed that the apartment was secured for you. Your application along with the other were being reviewed. The other applicant also had stronger qualifications which is why the decision was ultimately made to go with them. We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best in finding the perfect apartment.
