So much of this review is inaccurate. I have had more than two years of experience. I can not provide HOA docs that the HOA themselves did not yet release. Yes I did negotiate 3% which was agreed to in writing. I also said I would not represent her in a specific area if she was going to have other agents represent her within very close proximity, but she was welcome to work with other agents instead of me. Yet again she is the one who chose to work with me. I did not follow up until three days after her first trip because she stated she had a friend coming to town and would be very busy... also, a phone works both ways. I was told in writing by her to ask what commission was being offered. I told her they said 2.5%. She asked me to ask if they would consider 3, and they said "yes, but not with her current lowball offer". Hours were spent locating HOA docs on multiple properties, and even obtaining docs that had not even been released to the residents. You are welcome BTW. IMHO, this was a waste of my time as she was provided excellent service by myself as well as agents on the other side, going above and beyond to try to accommodate her. I would not change any of my actions.
