I'm sorry you feel this way, but I want to set the record straight for anyone reading. At no point was I rude or out of line. Even after receiving multiple harsh and inappropriate texts from you, I remained professional, respectful, and communicative throughout our interactions. I worked diligently to secure a strong offer for your home in less than five days on the market. Unfortunately, unexpected issues arose that made it impossible for the transaction to proceed — circumstances completely outside of my control. There was never a commission earned or even possible. Despite that, I invested over $800 of my own money into professional marketing, listing preparation, and arranging necessary property repairs to help move the process along. I take pride in going above and beyond for every client. It is disappointing to see a public review that does not accurately reflect the time, effort, and personal investment I put into trying to help you succeed.
