I wish you the best in your home search and I’m sorry there was an incident at the property. I was at the property at 12:30 because there were multiple showings back to back that day. When you arrived at 1pm I explained I was finishing up a showing and I would be available within a few minutes, which I was. You were informed in advance there was construction going on at the property. I tried to take precautions to prevent any incidents during the showing. There have been many showings with no other incidents. Unfortunately the contractor did drop a board which splashed dirty water onto your clothes. This was an accident and totally out of my control. I apologized and tried to resolve the issue with you but you were not satisfied with any options and left the property with that matter unresolved.
