I represented the seller only, and I have a duty to the seller only. His review is the one from 4/6/20 directly above. I did not represent the buyer in any capacity. The buyer paid attorney fees on behalf of the seller to draft a contract. The seller elected not to sign the contract due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is their right to do so. I followed the instructions of my seller 100%. This review is incorrect and unwarranted.
