Hello John. I'm sorry that you felt your needs were not met. However, just to clarify, I tried to connect with the number you provided but get a voice mail. Followed up with an email if you had any questions and sent you my services as a “Buyer’s Agent”. Other than your initial inquiry, I haven’t received the two questions you mentioned. Since I didn’t hear back from you, I assumed you have an agent representing you. Many times customers confuse listing and buyer's agent when making online inquiries. Properties advertised online are either posted by listing agents or For Sale by Owner. That being said, when I receive inquiries, I make it a point to get with the listing agent to verify information. In addition, I would recommend a surveyor for a more accurate acreage and recommend to drive by during rush hour to check on whether the area suits their criteria.
