Hello - I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy about your final walkthrough. I strive to give each of my clients the best service available. My practice is to allow 15-30 minutes for the final walkthrough. As this transaction took place 9 months ago, here’s what I recollect. You had a concern about the ceiling in the bedroom during the final walkthrough. This was addressed earlier on the home inspection as cosmetic and non-structural. I called the home inspector to confirm that the report was correct. He spoke to both of you, and reminded you that his work carries a 90-day buy-back program. You both spoke privately, and your decision was to close. It was a tense situation, and I apologize if you felt pressured. I called the home inspector today before responding. He stated he did not hear from you after closing and verified the above was his recollection of his involvement.
