Real Estate Market Place, LLC gives every tenant a chance to avoid eviction proceedings. This is never a pleasant part of property management. However, we don't create the need for eviction, the tenant does. We do understand however the stress and anquish for anyone in these situations. Despite our best efforts, we also understand when a party such as this one becomes mean, hateful and feels the need to launch personal attacks, we absorb it. Ms. Jackson is still in her home when mgmt had the judgement to set her out. Prayers for her and all of us to find peace and comfort.
