Liz...You used our expertise to help you purchase the home in 2013 for $150,000 and you used our expertise to help sell the home in 2017 for $265,000 … a few corrections...The sale of the home involved two realtors one representing buyer one representing the seller… All paperwork was completed correctly and we revised the paperwork as you kept changing your mind throughout the process with regard to inclusions in the sale … We are always open to correction and encouragement on how we can better serve our clients and we try our very best for everyone to have a positive experience in buying or selling their home.
