When I called their office, they had no record of me reaching out through Zillow multiple times. Very disappointing as I thought I had found the perfect property for me.

Mr Schwarz, I am very sorry you weren't able to contact us prior to the home being rented. Unfortunately we do not subscribe to Zillow Applications so when they send us your inquiry we DO NOT get your contact information. All we get is a solicitation to sign up to pay for Zillow Applications in order to reach you. In CO the Zillow Applications are not Compliant with our local statutory regulations so we do not participate. We do list our ph# and website on all our listings and ALWAYS encourage people to reach out to us directly. Rental inquiry responses are our priority and we typically respond in less than an hour to direct inquiries (if not faster).
