From the very beginning, we were fully committed to helping you achieve your goal of selling your condo—especially after it had previously sat on the market for nine months without success with another real estate brokerage. We spoke for over an hour during our first call, even after business hours, because we understood how important this was to you. Your condo was located in a building undergoing a complete renovation, which presents unique challenges in today’s market. In addition the average time on the market for condos in this zip code are longer than 6 months currently. Despite those obstacles, we were able to secure a record-setting offer in under three weeks—a timeline that significantly outperformed the local average of six months. Not only did we navigate a tough negotiation on your behalf, but we also worked tirelessly with the buyer’s agent to secure answers from a non-responsive HOA, ensuring the transaction stayed on track. I do believe that it was my 5-Star Knowledge, Expertise, Responsiveness, and Negotiation Skills that got you such a successful result. Throughout this process, communication was consistent and proactive between our brokerage, the buyers agent brokerage, and my communication to you. You struggled to get us the answers we needed, so we went directly to the HOA management team, board of directors, and fought throughout evenings and weekends to not loose this sale for you. Even when tensions rose on your behalf, which can naturally happen during high-stakes transactions, our team remained calm, focused, professional, and committed to doing right by you. At closing, we continued to act in good faith—calling to inform you of your deposit timeline and wishing you well.
