This was a multiple offer situation and time was of the essence as was a competitive offer, which I made VERY clear. Holly chose to forego an inspection due to her own financial situation and not because I recommended it. I presented her all of her options and she chose to waive and accept in "as is" condition. I presented her with my professional opinion on how to win the offer and get her the home of her dreams. With multiple offers on the table, there isn't much wiggle room to negotiate if you want to win the home. I also explained this in detail the day we toured the home and she told me she loved it and wanted to submit an offer. I was not aware until I read this review that there was ever any concerns or questions. I believed she was elated with the fact she now calls it HOME. :)
