First and foremost, I apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that you experienced. I was on my way to the open house when 880 south was closed just ahead of me by PG&E due to a down power line. When I realized I was going to be late, I began contacting people that had confirmed they were attending the open house to let them know. I also updated the MLS to cancel the open house. As for the individual that would not let you enter, unbeknownst to me, the owner was simultaneously trying to sell the house while looking for tenants. He had just accepted an offer from a buyer and the home had gone into contract, but I didn’t know that yet. The agent that denied you access may have been his agent or the buyer’s agent but it was NOT one of my associates. I would ask that you change your review to reflect MY actions not the unexpected emergency road closure and/or the actions of the agent over whom I did not have any knowledge or control.
