It is disappointing that you would make such false statements about your company's rental experience in the building that I personally own and operate my business out of every day. You are not the owner of the business, apparently just a manager. You never bothered to contact me or deal with me directly with ANY concerns but yet publish such a negative review once the lease was up. You had no personal experience with me. I never heard of you until you posted these untrue comments. I dealt directly with the owner of your company and things were fine and the lease ended without issue or incident.

Most tenants are unhappy when they don't get all of their deposit back. It is disappointing when tenants fail to follow the move out agreement protocol that they signed upfront as a part of their lease and then blame the management company for their failure to do so. Then it falls on us to have to put the house back together for the owner in order to re-rent the home. Most people realize there are two sides to every story.

The house was NOT cleaned-cabinets w food & frig was left w spoiling food-the power being off, ice tray melted into the wood floor. The power service to the house was turned off on 2x for non payment. Hard to show a $3500 rental w no power. We rented on 2 occasions & collected over $10K in advanced rent. Tenants canceled due to extreme demands by the Dillards. My staff went to the house on a Wednesday evening to box up & put clothing & other loose items left by the Dillards. That is the only thing we charged the Dillards for, less than $150 & they refused to pay. During the listing we invested about 15 hours of our office staff's time & made over 10 visits to the house. Our owner retention rate is over 90% and out review average score is 4,7. Here's the determination from the BBB: " BBB has determined your company has addressed the issues within the complaint; therefore we have closed this case in our files."
