I previously looked at rental units with Veronica, and I have to say I CANNOT recommend her as a broker, a realtor, or as a good person in general. If I could tell you to run, I would suggest you sprint. She initially tried to rent me a unit that had...

Anyone that is interested yes I graduated medical school and then I went to UPMC for residency which if anyone cares is in the top 6 hospital systems in the US at the time. Also you and the fellow realtors who keep trying to review bomb me win. I never wanted to be the type of person that wastes other peoples time for my own sake, when its not in service of helping someone else. But I get it, I also need to protect my reputation so now I'm going to go waste everyone else's time bc of some jelly troll realtors. Also that comment about me not being a good person...no one can be a good person 100% of the time to everyone, that is just straight up not possible. You can be a good person to some people but by being good to them you are a bad person to others. I strive to be fair. And I'm not going to list all the ways I have continuously volunteered to help my community, which started preteen because that will be several pages. But to note you know there's a study done that says primary care tends to fall asleep at the wheel because of burnout? Well I fell asleep at the wheel in traffic when I was in college, volunteering at my at my local ambulance volunteer corps dispatching patients to the hospital while attending nighttime EMT classes on top of doing resident hall community service and holding a job. I didn't have to do it, but community service and the performance of it thereof comes second nature to me. I also volunteered a lot of my time--even my holidays seeing the underserved patients who could not see healthcare workers otherwise because of insurance issues. The need to serve is why I'm part of the board, and if you took a walk with me you'll see how respected I am by everyone especially my clients who on average rent here multiple years. They like me and you know I don't need everyone to like me, deep down I care. My family and friends are like why do you care so much? I don't know why I'm like this, can't rest, always a busybody. The bar for being a decent person is so low in real estate. Yet some people never learn, so troll here, get your family to troll on me, see if that helps you with your real estate and makes up for whatever your faults are. I'm calling in my actual clients to help me. And you know what? lots of people have offered to help me, and I am worth it. I spend so much of my time taking care of other people. So much time caring about other people. I also deserve to have my reputation protected.

I had a terrible experience with Veronica. The very first time we called her to set up a visit as well as ask some general inquisitive questions, her immediate concern was asking us exactly how much money we make annually as well as our precise credi...

whelp lets straighten out the story then. -you texted me on the morning to ask for showing same day within a few hours. -you showed up 30 minutes early to our appointment and went to the wrong address entirely (the mall) and then rushed me to get to the lobby early -you started complaining as soon as I showed up about everything -you have a dog and 2 cats -you brought along your dog to the showing -when you got to the unit you started complaining about the unit not facing south and how dark it was I rent out to a lot of folks with less income and property. I regularly help people that don't make the most but I know are good for our community. some of them are just trying to make it in this world. But they treat me like a person and do not have entitlement/personality issues. I don't think any of my landlords will be happy with you. They trust me to protect their peace of mind. The money is the same in each case, so the fit is so important. QOL is so important. Just as how tenants want good landlords, landlords also want good tenants, and once you put the stats on the side it's all about personality fit. You said yourself you didn't like the unit, so why do you think you are entitled to more of my time after that? This also goes back to asking about income and credit score, why do you think you are entitled to me wasting my time when it comes to screening? you wanted same day showing then rushed me to head over early, then tried to blame me for you deciding to go to wrong address. Then you brought your dog along as well to a house showing. Then it was nonstop complaints. I like helping people and spending time with them to look at the unit and amenities, but it doesn't mean I have to do it for everyone.
