It was absolutely awesome to work the two of you. We accomplished what we thought might be a hard task in a short amount of time. The process of buying the foreclosure was not too bad since you had an agent who has a lot of experience with them in addition, it turned out the pool which was a huge unknown did not have much issues which was probably the most scariest part of the deal. I am grateful you chose me and can't wait to see the pool when it is opened. Thank you for trusting in me to help you buy what might be your last home purchase.
