Hi John, We wanted to address these claims. Firstly, I am so sorry you didn’t have the best experience. We strive to provide top customer service to everyone we work with. Our primary priority is honesty and transparency. We would never try to represent a client that was working with another agent. This case was well documented and it is easily revealed that you were touring homes outside of our team even though we were able to responsively schedule same day appointments every time you asked. It is our duty, our legal and ethical obligation, to disclose to you the way the Washington law of real estate agency works. You had disclosed you had been working with several agents. In light of us providing you information about this policy, you decided not to work with our team. We had to formally petition the builder’s scheduling aid to make a special exception to take our agent off the appointment so you and your wife Lisa could tour the development without us. It’s typically against the builder’s policy, but we were able to get the special exception to try to do right by you. We wish you and Lisa the best of luck in your home search!
