Dear Mr. Watson, I hope you understand it is not my intention to be disrespectful of your time. Respectfully, as you mentioned above you were 22 minutes early, and had scheduled just a few hours prior. When you called early, respectfully I was in a pre-scheduled appointment with another prospective tenant. When I reached out to you at your scheduled time you were very upset, yelling at me and using profanity. I can provide proof that I reached out to you at your scheduled time. I understand that finding a new place to lease can be very stressful. We try to be as helpful as we can and serve, and respect ALL. I wish you good luck in your search.
