It is really unfortunate that someone would opening lie and try to defame someone's name. I have been very communitive with Mr. Wilkerson. Even receiving a text saying that he had received the funds. If you were ever concerned about your funds he could have called the office which he never did. Anyone that know it is a process to returning Earnest money deposit. The brokerage holds it and once all documents have been provided it is return to the buyer. Agents don't have access to funds of clients. What Mr. Willkerson also failed to mentioned that he had a hallow pre-approval from rocket mortgage. He should have never been looking at homes period. Not only did I show him 7 homes, but I also successfully negotiate a contract in which he was prepared to buy for his family. Unfortunately, Mr Wilkerson failed to meet the qualifications to buy. Through all of my efforts to this family, I am left with a review that is totally false. I hope Wilkerson will edit his review to reflect time, effort and energy that he received for free. Another example of someone being unappreciative of the time effort that we spend helping as realtors
