I am sorry that your condo did not sell. I understand that you have a lot going on with all these layoffs, moving to another town, baby on the way and trying to sell a condo at the same time. It does get very stressful. I totally get it. The condo market has been impacted with all these changes with the high interest rates and the high condo fees. These factors have caused the number of days to go way higher and the condo owners are struggling. You are a great person and a very nice family.
