Thank you very much for your review. I am sorry that you feel this way, but as an acting real estate agent for over thirty years, I try to always ask if you have been pre-approved for a loan. It is my normal practice to ask if ANY buyer has been pre-approved before I start showing the buyers property. It is not a reflection on you or any buyer, it is just my normal practice in this business.
