Also, since you are not a client of mine and I have no record of any communication from you and do not have any contact of who you are, you do not have no insight into my service standards or client experiences. Claiming I was not responsive and reviewing me without any communication is simply sounds like a lie. I prioritize to my clients and take their feedback seriously.
