The apartment you inquired about was a rental unit that received over 50 inquiries within a very short time frame, as it was priced below market for the area. I did respond to your first email, but shortly after, an application was approved and the unit was no longer available. I also updated the status online to reflect that the listing was under contract. Please also note that in this case I represent and serve the property owner, and I was not hired by you as a client. While I always do my best to communicate with all interested parties, I was not able to provide representation to every inquirer. Unfortunately, I was also traveling abroad during that period, which limited my ability to follow up individually with everyone once the unit was taken. I apologize if this caused any frustration, but please understand the circumstances were not due to neglect or lack of professionalism. I kindly ask if you would consider removing or revising your review, as I always strive to provide the best service possible. If not, I respect your decision and wish you the best in your search.
