Hi Kora – I understand your frustration, but I want to clarify a few points for anyone reading. The apartment was clearly advertised as not pet-friendly, and unfortunately, having three pets made the application ineligible under the landlord’s requirements. Additionally, the landlord reviews applications based on credit and completeness before making the final decision. As brokers, our role is to represent the property owner professionally and fairly while providing transparency to all applicants.
