Reading this really saddens me because we know the lengths I went to help you and your wife find this home that you both loved. In a really tough market, getting outbid and not being able to find a home during that time but I made it possible. I still have the 'receiving of keys' video of both you and your wife vouching for me and saying how happy you both were with my the entire process. There wasn't any false promises on my end, if anything I went above and beyond and called the county for you and found out the information needed, went as far as calling the sellers to see if they would provide a written document you wanted stating a room was grandfathered in as they stated to us in person. I asked multiple times and I would never push anyone to purchase anything they aren't comfortable with. Lastly, I spoke to your wife and she told me not to worry so this review after over a year was very surprising to me. I'm sorry you felt stressed after the purchase but I'm glad you were able to receive the document you needed from the county and that it was solved. Thank you for your review, my intentions are always to provide a happy and positive experience. Wishing you both many happy memories in your home
