The Auburn & Opelika Market is in better shape than in 2024, but homes are sitting longer and prices have come down some. Homes are staying on the market longer and prices are adjusting down some. We are definetly in a buyer's market! The Lake Martin Market is still pretty strong for sellers that own water front homes. The Lake Martin market is not quite as good a buyer's market as Auburn and Opelika but it is trending in that direction.
