I am so sorry you were upset. I had no idea that you were unhappy. Before agreeing to work together, we agreed upon a marketing plan (more than putting on many websites), a pricing strategy (strategically lowering at certain points), & to not have open houses. We did end up getting multiple offers & accepted a full price offer within 2 weeks, which was wonderful. (Your property sold for more than any other property without a basement within the last 12 months...definitely great news.) And, yes, you did a wonderful job updating your property, it looked great! Any calls, texts, or emails were responded to within hours. And yes, you did agree that the buyer would get a $500 credit at closing due to the property not being cleaned prior to closing. Which was really no fault of your own...your movers got delayed and didn't allow you any time to clean up the property. Again, I am so sorry that you were upset. I wish I had known before, so I had an opportunity to make it right.
