Overall, this experience was unique for me because it was the first time I have ever had someone put an offer on a property before actually seeing the property in person. Technology has certainly come a very long way to allow you to both gather information about the home and community, as well as sign documents from 1,000's of miles away in a matter of minutes. When we first met, you and your wife had been looking for quite a while. After meeting with you both and discussing what was important to you, we quickly found this home. It had the garage and basement that you wanted and the beautiful kitchen that your wife wanted. This is the perfect home for you! Most real estate transactions have some issues along the way, some small and easy to overcome and others that are large and can result in things falling apart completely.
