I’m sorry you feel like you weren’t treated well during the transaction. The handwritten review at the closing in May read, "CW (buyer specialist at the Harrison Group) was AB FAB! Had a wonderful experience with her & can't wait to refer friends & family, or use her again to buy my next home! WOW!" In September, you contacted us about a toilet having issues since taking possession. We offered to assist/coordinate the plumber who warrantied the repair. The offer was refused, as multiple plumbers were hired to repair it unsuccessfully. Ultimately, the original plumber repaired it. Even though the toilet was of no fault of ours, we PAID the original plumber to correct & resolve the issue. We had multiple conversations with the Buyer after closing & possession with no mention of any problems. We strive to offer the BEST service & go-to-bat for clients when given the chance. You denied us the opportunity until 4 months after; yet we still resolved the issue & paid for the repair.
