    I would like to correct a few of the statements made in this review: 1. The writer of this review was not a party to this transaction. 2. The lender used by the buyer in this transaction was chosen by the buyer and was not recommend by The Maricopa Real Estate Company. 3. We had no prior knowledge of a convicted pedophile in the area but provided the buyer with resources to research any issue that were of material importance to them. 4. The reason for the delay in closing and subsequent cancellation by buyer were because of issues between the buyer and the buyers lender. 5. The seller was consulted in regards to a second extension and a direct meeting with the buyer. The seller declined to meet with the buyer directly. We are in possession of emails and other written communication to verify our statements. 6. Since the transaction did not make it to closing, no final walk through was ever completed to determine if items were missing or not in proper working order.
