Michael, as I have responded on both Google and Yelp… as the owner of this company I stepped up when you were unhappy with our initial services and went above and beyond the services of a typical rental agency experience. Unrealistic demands and pricing will not produce quality tenants, and I stand behind my agent who certainly did her best. After we parted ways, it is clear that many other agencies had a difficult experience with your condo as well - with multiple cancelled listings - to the extent that the condo was sold rather than continued as a rental. I can also see from your review history, that many well-regarded and capable agencies received negative feedback for their inability to produce as you saw fit. There are many more ins and outs to your description that I will not dignify with a response. However, apparently, I should apologize that the death of my father is a family affair you felt I should have handled differently. Wishing you and your mother good health. ~ Danielle O’Brien
