While I feel very sorry that you did not get the house, I am the listing agent, I have a fiduciary duty to my sellers to obtain the best possible price with the best possible terms for my clients, the sellers, not you, the buyer. I do not represent you. I have a legal and ethical obligation to market my listings to the best of my ability, up until the day of closing, if that is what my seller wishes.
